Description
Located in Hillsboro Village, Jackson’s Bar & Bistro was a staple for Vanderbilt students, locals, or anyone looking for some casual and boozy dining. The outdoor covered patio was always full and the fruit tea was always a delight. The restaurant had a great run from 2000 to 2018 before closing its doors and, ultimately, being demolished. Hillsboro Village patrons can now pay their respects at the Ruby Sunshine located over top of the former location.
