Operating from 1994 to 2015, Katy K’s Ranch Dressing was located in the heart of 12 South before being priced out by the booming neighborhood. Owner Katy Kattelman offered up country, western and vintage clothing as well as a plethora of ephemera celebrating Rockabilly and pin-up culture. It was, to say the very least, an incredible unique gem for Nashville. If you ever went inside, you know that gem was probably a rhinestone.
The unique building is now occupied by Butter Milk Ranch; a small batch bakery.
