Description
Rotier’s was the perfect combination of greasy spoon diner and family restaurant. Infamous for their cheeseburger on French bread, their meatloaf and their frequently lumpy booths; the Elliston destination operated for seventy-six years before closing. It had a good run but was consumed by lack of foot traffic during the pandemic and Nashville real estate developers. The current replacement plan is a 27-story glass encased mixed use high-rise. We’ll take that cheeseburger any day.
