Returns & Exchanges
All products ordered on this site are created when you order them. This helps to reduce our costs and to reduce the amount of junk we’re creating in the world. Because of this, Nashville Galaxy does not maintain any physical inventory and does not accept returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us. We can’t use it.
If you have a problem with your order, send an email to info at nashvillegalaxy dot com with your order number and what is wrong with your order. If the shirt is the wrong size, get in touch! If the shirt is torn or roughed up, get in touch! If the shirt is printed kinda weird, get in touch! Same goes for sweatshirts and mugs.
Even if you’re just unsatisfied, reach out. We look forward to resolving your issue.
Refunds
As noted above, we don’t do returns but we will do refunds if the situation calls for it. All you need to do is send an email to info at nashvillegalaxy dot com with the information and your request, we will make sure you’re taken care of.
