Description
Opened in 1984, the unassuming brick building at the end of 12th Ave hosted a wide variety of musical acts across a mind boggling spectrum of genres for 25 years. Patrons would watch from a tiny balcony or fill the 300 capacity floor space to see the likes of Broken Social Scene, Run DMC, John Prine and even Keith Urban. The neighborhood has exploded over the last decade and now the 12th and Porter space is known as Nightscape; a 3D projection experience.
